What Is Body Mapping?

Think of the diagram at a doctor’s office — the outline of a human body where you point to where the pain is. Body mapping works on the same principle, except at the energy level. Tammie feels into a person’s chakras during a conversation, identifies where energies have shifted out of their natural place, and draws it all on paper as she works. At the end of a session, the client has a tangible visual map of exactly what is happening in their energy field.

The drawing looks like a human form with chakra circles on it. Each chakra has a color it is meant to hold. What Tammie maps is when those colors have blended or migrated — when throat chakra energy shows up in the root chakra, for example, or when solar plexus energy has moved into the heart space. She can then zoom in on a specific area, like a microscope, to go deeper into what is sitting there and why.

A simple example Tammie shared: throat chakra energy lodging in the root chakra. The root chakra is about safety, security, and stability — it is the first chakra to develop when we arrive. If someone grew up in an unstable home and could not speak about it as a child, that unexpressed energy does not disappear. It settles into the root chakra and stays there until it is consciously moved. Body mapping makes it visible.

Who This Modality Is For

The people Tammie works with most are not people in obvious crisis. They are the people who have done everything right — the degree, the career, the family — and still feel an unexplainable unfulfillment they cannot name or locate. She helps them find where that feeling actually lives in their energy so they can do something about it.

The same applies to blocks that feel stubborn and mysterious. Financial abundance that never arrives despite real effort. Relationships that follow the same painful pattern no matter how much inner work has been done. The constant sense that everything is hard. These are all energetic questions as much as they are psychological or practical ones — and body mapping goes directly to where the block lives rather than working around it.

Tammie also works with people who genuinely have no idea what their purpose is — not because the information does not exist, but because something in their energy field is sitting on top of it. When that thing is identified and moved, what they are here to do often becomes much clearer.

Soul Contract Cord Work

Tammie’s second modality is built on red string theory — the idea that everyone is connected to everyone else by an energetic cord. In her work, she can see those cords, read their colors, and understand what they are doing for or to the people they connect.

These cords exist in all relationships — romantic partners, parents, children, siblings, close friends. The color and quality of a cord reveals whether the connection is nourishing, draining, creating confusion, or holding a pattern in place that needs to be released. Tammie can also work the cords — not just read them — to create more ease in relationships that feel stuck.

What struck me most is that this work reaches into past lives as well. A relationship that feels inexplicably difficult in this lifetime may be carrying weight from a previous one. Tammie shared the example of a client who felt stuck and trapped in her home situation — and the cord work revealed that a past life relationship with a jealous mother was still actively influencing her present reality. Once that was seen and addressed, the path forward opened.

For anyone estranged from a family member, or anyone caught between two potential partners unsure which path is more aligned, this modality offers a way to see what is actually happening beneath the surface.

How Tammie Came to This Work

Tammie’s journey into these modalities did not begin with a dramatic awakening. It started with essential oils and crystals — a small, quiet practice that built over time into something much larger. She is deliberate about sharing this because she wants people to know that spiritual development does not require a big bang moment. It is allowed to be gradual. It is allowed to be messy.

Both of her primary modalities came through as direct downloads from source. She has since met one other person doing something similar, but as far as she knows, body mapping in this specific form exists through her. She did not set out to create a new modality — she followed what was coming through and started doing it. Her current focus is making sure these tools do not stay held within her alone, but get passed on to others who are ready to use them.
