A Life Shaped by Survival
Jackie’s story begins early. She grew up in a home with domestic, physical, and sexual abuse, and carried those patterns into her early adult years — becoming a mother at 15, raising four children without the tools she needed, and struggling with addiction throughout. She describes her household during those years as chaotic, driven by an alcoholism so severe it left her and her children in a difficult environment, even as she loved them as best she could.
On September 7, 2020, during a relapse following a toxic relationship, Jackie set fire to the home she had just purchased. She was deceased and resuscitated, spent ten days in a coma, underwent three surgeries for third-degree burns across 33% of her body, and spent six weeks in a burn unit. That day became her sobriety date. Coming out of that experience, she was already on a path toward helping others — starting a women’s empowerment nonprofit, inspired by the women she met in recovery, with a particular heart for survivors of domestic violence.
The Murder of Devon
Two and a half years after the fire, on December 16, 2022 — two weeks after Devon’s 28th birthday — Jackie’s son was murdered. He had gone to pick up his young son for a scheduled weekend visit. He knocked on the door. His ex-wife opened it and opened fire. There were no words, no argument. Devon had a dash cam running. He had taken every precaution because he had reason to be afraid.
Devon had spent over a year fighting false accusations in court, paying for custody attorneys on a second job’s salary, postponing his own wedding. He was calm and methodical throughout all of it. He just wanted to be a dad. After his death, Jackie also lost access to her grandson — the courts left the child in the custody of the woman who murdered his father. She was grieving her son, fighting for her grandson, and holding herself together for three surviving adult children, all at once.
Hearing Devon — and Learning to Trust It
In the months that followed, Jackie began hearing Devon’s voice. She thought it was grief — her mind filling in what she missed. She would write down what she heard on whatever was nearby: receipts, napkins, pulling the car over to capture his words before they faded. His tone, his humor, his sarcasm — it was unmistakably him.
About eight months after Devon’s death, Jackie was on a cruise with the grief support community, helping parents heal. A fellow parent who had also lost a child offered her Reiki. For the first time in eight months, Jackie experienced thirty minutes of genuine peace — calm, clear, quiet. She knew immediately she needed to learn this practice and share it with other parents who were suffering the way she had been.
When she returned home and took an automatic writing course, everything clicked. She realized she had been doing it all along. Every time she wrote down what Devon would say, that was Devon. She began practicing with intention, and over time his messages expanded — moving from personal and playful into something larger, collective, and deeply wise. She describes it as receiving what feels like the secrets of the universe.
Reiki, Quantum Healing, and the Soul Blueprint
Jackie trained in traditional Usui Reiki and describes it as a vibrational healing that works on the physical, emotional, and mental bodies. The practitioner channels the energy — Reiki has its own intelligence and moves where it is truly needed. It can do no harm. Jackie leans into that deeply, finding peace in knowing she is a vessel for something that always works in the recipient’s highest good.
Quantum healing operates at a higher frequency — what Jackie describes as the 5D realm, beyond the physical and spirit bodies. It works rapidly, going straight to the core of a wound, and can reach back into past lives when that is where a pattern originates. Her own quantum guides helped her recognize and release a heavy vaping habit she had never prioritized as a health concern. The morning after connecting with them in meditation, she received a clear and visceral message about what continuing to vape would cost her. She stopped that day and has continued her sobriety from it since.
In her group healing sessions, Jackie takes participants through a soul blueprint restoration. She brings the group up to the highest realm she is permitted to reach, where each person’s blueprint — across parallel, past, and future lives — is restored and rebalanced. Errors, deviations, the accumulated drag of a soul that has been pulled off its intended path — all of it is addressed. She closes every session with fifteen minutes of Reiki to bring participants back into their physical bodies and integrate the high-frequency work they have just received.
Participants report feeling lighter, clearer, and released from the weight they had been carrying. Some feel it immediately. Others feel it within a day or two. No spiritual background is required. Jackie clears the space and the group before the session even begins.
